Notice the Good & Practice Gratitude

Gratitude

You can complain that roses have thorns or you can rejoice that thorns have roses.

The choice is yours!

Did You Know – You are responsible for the energy you ‘bring to life’ and the attitude/energy you bring to any situation in Life.

If your attitude is Loving and Grateful you see the world as being full of wonder, delight, magic and mystery.

Everything has beauty but not everyone sees it!

Fear, judgments, and anger collapse this attitude, and often sneaks up on you quickly, unnoticed, just because it is so normal.

It seems easier to feel fear and lack rather than contented abundance. Fear and judgments can lead you to imagine the worst possible outcomes with frightening images and stories in your head often go round and round, building in intensity.

Your feelings/emotions tell you very quickly what you’re thinking. It is impossible to feel bad and at the same time be having good, loving thoughts, and visa versa.

Did You Know – An antidote to fear/anxiety is to breathe deeply, breath slowly, soften your body, relax and stick to the facts as they are right Now. Anxiety is usually about the future; an imagined, outcome that may never happen.

Each thought you have is a tiny impulse of energy that goes out from you and into the Universe. Your thoughts are a major source of power and energy, either to your advantage or your detriment. Your Life is an expression of your dominant thoughts; each thought you think is planting a seed for future experiences.

When you remember to acknowledge gratitude for all you have and are, you will start to feel nourished by all that you have and are.

But if life becomes an “I ought to be, do, have . . .” affair, you continually feel inadequate and unfulfilled.

Focus on who you naturally are rather than trying to make yourself fit some other mold.

You make the best you there can be, so Keep dancing with your Unique Self!
See the Good in yourself, your life and your world and be Grateful for all that you are and have!

Where is your focus and attention right now? And where does it go when you aren’t watching?
